Upon purchasing the Wagzy QR Code Pet Tag, you will receive a short form to complete with the information required on your pet profile. It's a straightforward process and will only take a few minutes to complete!

Can I update the information in my pet's profile?
Absolutely! There are two ways you can do this:

1. Create a free Canva account, we can then give you access to edit the content of the website. 
2. Send us an email and we will take care of it all for you within 24 hours!

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50, and free express shipping on all orders over $120. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
